Hi Everyone,
I hope that you all had an enjoyable Easter despite the poor weather. Well, it’s almost Sunday 18th April and time for the repeat of EFT session 1 for those who missed it first time round -introduction to what emotional freedom technique is (tapping on the meridians with fingertips), then working as a group on our issues. Same time 7.30 to 9.00pm please ring or email to reserve your space (12 max). The Children’s sessions also begin on Sunday 18th at 4 – 5.30pm with a similar format – please bring a teddy bear (10 max).
I would be grateful if you could pass this on to other people you feel may be interested/benefit from the sessions.
Wednesday 21st April will be the Energetic NLP session where using energy and metaphors helps us to ground (not be continually in our heads), eliminate others energies from our space, get rid of limiting beliefs and align our mind, body and soul.
The great thing about these sessions is that you can dip in and out, only paying for sessions attended! Other following sessions will usually be on the third Wednesday of each month and will entail the use of mandalas & colour, self hypnosis, crystals & energy centres, a sound journey (percussion & gong), pendulum to dowse, the journey, angels/guides and angel cards, meditations, timelines, vocal toning and chants plus more EFT sessions for abundance plus weight control & cravings, working with pictures/choices method/movie technique…
The cost is £10.00 per session from 7.30 – 9pm Space is limited to 12 places

Hi Everyone,
Isn't it lovely now that Spring has arrived with shoots and flowers beginning to blossom with the slowly warming weather?
I was wondering if you were interested in taking stock of your life, wanting to develop yourself by coming along to my Self Development sessions which begin on Wednesday 31st March 2010, where we will work together on our issues using the short form of Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping on our meridians) to release emotional or physical blocks. For those who are unable to attend on a Wednesday a repeat of EFT intro will be on Sunday 18th April from 7.30 - 9pm. So there will always be two chances of a particular topic.
Sessions will continue thereafter on the third wednesday of every month and the second session will be using Energetic NLP (metaphors & language) to ground yourself, clear others energy from your space and get rid of limiting beliefs. Following topics will be:- crystals, colour & mandalas, sound journey (instruments and gong), use of the pendulum as biofeedback, angel/guides and angel cards, meditations, self hypnosis, vocal toning & chants plus more...
The great thing is that you can dip in or out according to which sessions you want to attend and paying for only those attended.
Cost is £10.00 per session Time is 7.30 to 9.00 pm maximum of 12 places
